Sudirman, Firman Argo, Marigun Rasyid, Syahrir Hamdani, Arif Daeng Mattemu, Rayu, dan beberapa anggota dewan lain ikut serta melalui Vidio conference. Beserta para Kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) lingkup Sulawesi Barat.

Dalam rapat Paripurna ini Ketua DPRD menyampaikan, “Untuk menindaklanjuti Pasal 194 ayat (1) Peraturan pemerintah Nomor 12 Tahun 2019 tentang pengelolaan Keuangan daerah, menyebutkan bahwa Kepala Daerah menyampaikan rancangan peraturan daerah tentang pertanggung Jawaban Pelaksanaan APDB kepada DPRD dengan dilampiri Laporan keuangan yang telah diperiksa oleh Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan serta Ikhtisar Laporan kinerja dan laporan keuangan BUMN paling lambat 6 (enam) bulan setelah tahun Anggaran berakhir”.

Dalam sambutan PJ Gubernur Provinsi Sulawesi Barat Akmal Malik menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada Anggota dewan terhormat terkait apa yang diamanahkan saat ini, belum lengkap dari 25 Lampiran yang di amanahkan Permendagri 77 Tahun 2020 tentang pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah.

“Belum dapat kami serahkan dikarenakan SIMDA Keuangan yang kita gunakan 2021 masih dalam proses Updating format Pertanggung Jawaban laporan keuangan sebagai mana surat BPKP tanggal 13 Juni 2022 namun kami berjanji akan segera melengkapi pada kesempatan pertama setelah Updating SIMDA telah di selesaikan oleh BPKP” sambung Akmal Malik.

Kepala Dinas Komunikasi, Informasi, Statistik dan Persandian (DKISP) Kaltara, Ilham Zain optimistis jika tahun 2023 mendatang sudah bebas blank spot. Namun, untuk seperti apa realisasinya, tetap baru bisa dilihat setelah memasuki waktu yang ditargetkan.

“Untuk tahun ini, 262 site BTS ini terdiri dari 150 site di daerah 3T dan 112 site di daerah non 3T,” ujar Ilham beberapa waktu lalu.

Sementara untuk menara BTS yang aktif di Kaltara, itu berjumlah 460 site, dengan sebaran 187 site di daerah 3T dan sisanya yang berjumlah 273 site di daerah non 3T.

Dijelaskannya, untuk pembangunan BTS di wilayah 3T itu dilaksanakan oleh Badan Aksesibilitas Telekomunikasi dan Informatika (BAKTI). Sedangkan yang di daerah non 3T, itu di bangun oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan informatika (Kemenkominfo) serta dari provider.

“Tapi untuk 112 site yang akan dibangun di daerah non 3T tahun ini, semuanya masuk di perencanaan Kemenkominfo,” sebutnya.

Saat ini, lanjutnya, rencana pembangunan 262 site BTS tahun ini masih terus berproses. Pastinya ini akan dibangun tahun ini karena vendor-nya sudah ada. Jika tidak di bangun, maka vendor-nya akan diberikan penalti oleh BAKTI.
